Instructor), management (Executive Chef, General Manager), and ownership
levels.
Experience
A
native of San Francisco, Mr. Urroz apprenticed under such Master Chefs as Marcel
Dragon (Winston Churchill's Executive Chef), Louis Tossi, and Paul Bermani,
while at such world renown establishments as Alexis Tangiers - Nob Hill, The Bohemian
Club, Doro's, La Taverna Le Club, 4-star Stanford Court Hotel's Fornous Ovens, and
the prestigious Pacific
Union Club.
As a restaurateur, Mr. Urroz
owned and operated
Ristorante Tre Scalini, an internationally
acclaimed restaurant located in the heart of California's
wine country. Ristorante Tre Scalini was a
venue of choice for many foreign dignitaries and noted clientele, including: the Prince of Denmark, Piero Antinori,
Andre Tcheslicef,
Francis J Coppola,
and numerous other
celebrities.
